Registrations
You decide the length of your course but registrations must be made in weekly units. You can arrive on any Sunday afternoon throughout the year and depart on any Saturday morning. Should these arrival/departure days prove difficult, we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
If you would like to receive a registration form and a brochure detailing all of our services, please email info@liveinlanguages.co.uk and advise us of your postal address.

| 1. | Definitions: Defined terms are printed throughout in bold type.

| 2. | Booking form: The agreement shall come into effect when you return the signed booking form to us and pay the deposit. By signing the booking form you agree that these terms and conditions are incorporated into the agreement. | ||||||||||
| 3. | Travel form and level of English test: Before your stay is due to begin we will send you a travel form and level of English test which you should complete and return to us at least two weeks before your stay begins. | ||||||||||

| 5. | Payment: The cost of your stay will be calculated on the basis of the fees set out in our "Course Fees" document. You should pay the deposit at the same time as returning the booking form. The balance should be paid two weeks before your stay begins. If you return the booking form within two weeks of your stay beginning you should pay for the stay in full. Payments should be made in pounds sterling by bank transfer to the following account:

| 6. | Cancellations: If you cancel more than one month before your stay begins we will refund the deposit in full. If you cancel more than two weeks but less than one month before your stay begins we will retain the deposit to cover our costs. If you cancel less than two weeks before your stay begins or do not take up your stay we will keep 90% of your total payment and refund the balance to you. If we cancel at any time we will refund all payments received from you. | ||||||||||
| 7. | Amendments: If you wish to change any of the details of your stay we will do our best to help. If we need to change any of the details of your stay we will do our best to find alternatives which are acceptable to you, failing which the agreement will be treated as if it had been cancelled by us. | ||||||||||
| 8. | Liabilities: We will not be liable for any loss of property, personal injury, illness or expense suffered by you unless it is caused by our failing to satisfy our obligations set out in these terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you obtain suitable insurance to cover cancellation, loss of property, accident, illness or injury at the same time as you return the booking form. Our liability to you shall not in any event exceed the cost of your stay. | ||||||||||
| 9. | Your behaviour: We ask you to remember at all times during your stay that you are a paying guest of the teacher in the teacher's home and that you should behave accordingly. The teacher may suspend or cancel lessons or expel you from his home for theft or any other criminal offence or for persistent anti-social behaviour in which case you will not receive any refund under the agreement. You will also be required to pay for any damage caused by you in the teacher's home. | ||||||||||
| 10. | Complaints: If you have any problems or complaints regarding our service or your stay please let us know as soon as possible. The procedure for raising queries or making complaints is set out in our student information handbook. No complaints will be accepted after your departure. | ||||||||||
| 11. | Governing law, jurisdiction and language: The agreement shall be governed by English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the case of any disputes which may arise out of, or in connection with, the agreement. |
